Instinct Fitness and Wellness opened in 2010 by long time personal trainers and group fitness coaches, Tim and Molly Hahn, striving to bring change to central Illinois. Instinct is a place to feel welcomed, to make friends, to get stronger and leaner, and to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, all while being a happy human being.

Specialty class for 65+. Thorough warm-ups, purposeful workouts, one day per week dedicated to mobility/flexibility, daily focus on strength, balance and agility. Monday-Saturday at 7am. Try out Saturday for free!
