Ground Zero is our FREE program designed for someone who wants to start building daily habits for long term changes. We believe success is easier to attain when you set small, achievable goals. It is the perfect program for someone who has never worked out and/or focused on nutrition, someone who feels like joining a gym is too big of a step, or someone who has fallen off of good habits and can’t seem to get back into it.
In Ground Zero you are given a weekly goal for hydration and nutrition, and a plan to add in movement six days per week for four weeks. It is a very simple and attainable program to help you build a foundation of healthy habits, which will allow you to keep going or layer in more after the four weeks. The goal is to stick to the plan for 28 days, but if you skip a day, it is important to get right back on track as soon as possible. Do not let the hard days stop you.
This is a free program, but if you would like more accountability, support and guidance, you can upgrade.
$40 for two 15 minute phone calls with a coach.
$80 for 4 weekly 15 minute phone calls with a coach.
