Coach Molly is a long time lifter and mom of three who has noticed a giant hole in gyms- taking care of women! Women need special attention to take care of their pelvic floor and core (even if you haven’t had children), need to learn how to safely lift (for strength, bone health, functionality, and confidence), and they need a place to feel safe and secure to do so.

Coach Molly has opened up her the gym to have private, small group training for women. These sessions are for beginners and for advanced athletes. These sessions are designed to suit all.
