Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp is designed specifically for beginners. The purpose is to get you in shape quickly and safely. Joining our Bootcamp also gives you access to all of our regular group classes and all of our member events. If the schedule doesn’t fully work for you, you can come to one of our regular classes that day. Four weeks of Bootcamp is designed to prepare you to move to our regular classes full time if you would want to make that transition.
