#1 Practice: BIG GOALS

In the first group meet up we worked on setting up our GOALS! This is such a fun and exciting process because you get to dream and write down what your absolute best life would look like. Once the trajectory is set, then it is about showing up in ways each day that moves you towards your tailor-designed life.

Getting Started Setting Your Goals.

  • In this beginning half of September it will be all about getting a large list of your goals written down. The goal is a list of about 50 things.

  • Take 10 minutes and write a list of GOALS for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next 1-10 years. Don’t worry about getting too specific, just write it all down.

  • Your goals should be exciting and most should feel like a stretch. REMEMBER, these are YOUR goals and you should be emotionally invested.

  • The list can and will be continually refined so don’t worry about it being perfect.

When making your list about the things you want, consider these questions:

  • What do I want to see?

  • What do I want to be?

  • What do I want to have?

  • Where do I want to go?

  • What do I want to share?

If you are already able to accomplish your goals without much effort, then you need to expand your goals into something even greater. This is not the time to hold back or play it small. We will dive into details and more specifics as we go but first write down your dreams!

Lastly, one of the most important things to understand when setting your goals is not necessarily in the goals themselves (which is still super cool!) but in what you will become while on your way to achieving those goals.

Set the type of goals that will make something of you to achieve them!

Want more financial freedom? Think of how much discipline, intelligence and joy you will discover along the way. Want to eat healthier, now just imagine how you will begin to sleep, the glow of your skin and eyes along with boosting your natural energy! These are just simple examples.
